2021 Skincare Trends
2021 skincare trends are changing! Mascne or Mask Ance is now a thing. It is becoming more and more and more popular to hear the term “mascne” when talking about are skin! When you breathe or talk, your mask tends to trap in a lot of hot air. Besides being annoying, this air creates a warm, humid environment — and an ideal setting for yeast, bacteria and other flora, such as demodex (types of skin mites that naturally live on our skin), to grow. A layer of moisturizer (lighter if you are oily or acne prone and thicker if you have sensitive or eczema-prone skin) or even a sunblock that contains zinc or titanium can help your skin by serving as a barrier against any friction or irritation that develops.

Charlie Brown Mindset – How to Change Negative Self-Talk
Kip says some people are innately wired differently than others. Some people see then positive, and some people see the negative whether the situation. We all know how Charlie Brown talked negatively to himself, but how he persevered. Be aware about what your self talk is. Positive self talk is not a bad thing! Do not be afraid to tell yourself that you are going to take action to do something compassionate today.
Change the pronouns and “action based” self talk! You live the words you tell yourself in your mind. Self-talk is the act of talking to yourself either aloud or mentally. No matter good or bad, these are the messages that you are telling yourself all day long about yourself. Take a piece of paper, fold it in half, and write the positive and negative on each side. Get that energy at a high level! Look at the positive, analyze the negative. You can do it!
