- What is the magic trick to stay in shape?
a. No trick just consistency
b. Needs to become a life stile
c. Use the laws of compounding (just like compounding interest can build on your credit card but this time it’s a good thing)
d. Find things that you like to do for working out and foods you enjoy that are good for you
e. A little bit over a long time will add up
- What are come simple things people can start doing to stay in shape or move towards getting in better shape
a. Do something fun that is physical for 15min 5 days a week
b. Make a list of 5 foods that you enjoy that are healthy and try to eat one of those each day this week
c. Make a list of 5 foods that are not healthy that you like and don’t eat those for 5 days
d. Once all those become easy then add on more. Trick is not to do to much to quick and not to get down on yourself if you screw up!
