She began her career as a business owner by co-creating the Pizza Patron and Wing Stop brands, defining the concepts and building the businesses from the ground up. Today, both restaurants are still being nationally franchised.
After focusing on the food industry for nearly twenty years, Bernadette began her foray into the beauty and spa industry by opening Adrift Float Spa, Dallas’ only floatation spa. She is heavily involved in investing her time, energy, and assets in many North Texas philanthropic organizations, and enjoys specifically supporting causes related to the needs of children and animals. Bernadette is the mother of two lovely daughters and lives in the Dallas area.
