Dr. Al Danenberg, DDS was an extremely health conscious person…he thought. Then he was diagnosed with a form of multiple myeloma, which is cancer of the bone marrow. He was given 3-6 months to live. The author, Dr. Nick Trout, wrote this book based on his own life story with his daughter. He talks about the struggles of all of this and how a dog in the home helped with some of those adversities.
