Von Eaglin is a licensed professional counselor who is currently working toward his PhD. Today he chose a timely topic, managing holiday depression. Some of the things we like to incorporate to fight things like stress, anxiety, and depression are eating well, staying hydrated, and exercising regularly. However, this does not cure some of those deep-rooted triggers that can cause holiday depression. Talking to a professional will be your first step to taking care of your mental health.
