We talk with her today not about New Year’s resolutions, but about intentions for the New Year. V tells us why resolutions can sometimes be a negative term for people, and even intimidating and stress provoking. Instead of setting unrealistic, far-reaching goals for the New Year, we should be setting intention that will re-frame our mindset to be our best selves.

Instead of thinking about all the things we want to fix about ourselves or our lives in the New Year, we must practice gratitude toward the things we already have.
