When you see people in the gym, there are so many different reasons people are there. It could be to blow off some steam/stress, to thin out and lose weight, for cardiovascular strength, to keep bones and joints strong and working properly, or to gain muscle and body tone. When it comes to men in the gym, there is usually one goal: to get bigger and more muscular. (Usually is the key word there.) Daniel Tague is a fitness trainer at Telos Fitness Center, and he trains a variety of different people with different goals. Today he talks about how men should lift if they are focusing on the way their body looks. When it comes mens bodies there is usually a want for bigger arms/shoulders, a smaller waist, and good legs. So Daniel talks today about some ways you can use the gym to achieve this type of look.
