V Capaldi - Attraction vs. Intention

V Capaldi is the "Paleo Boss Lady." She is a well-known TEDx speaker, influencer, and all around Boss Lady. She joins us today to talk about the power of intention and how it differentiates from attraction. The law of attraction is the belief that positive or negative thoughts bring positive or negative experiences into a person's life. Intention is a mental state that represents a commitment to carrying out an action or actions in the future. The difference in these is that intention requires planning and action. V attributes a lot of her success to her intention.Today she gives us easy ways to add intention to your day-to-day. This could be waking up in the morning and meditating while your coffee is brewing, or doing a mantra throughout the day to keep your goals and positive energy in the forefront. There are super simple ways to be intentional, and we talk all about this today.
