How To Effectively Deal With Anger
So many people are angry right now. The political anger behind the presidential race and COVID outcomes has really driven people to explosive anger. There are many types of anger. Justifiable anger could be anger surrounding social injustices. Annoyance anger is when you may be cut off when driving, so basically you or someone is just acting like a jerk. Passive anger is indirect, subtle, and passive aggressive. How do you know when anger is a disorder? Most people deal with intermitted anger, but if you deal with anger constantly, you may be dealing with constant anger. Anger can come from our childhood, too. With children, anger is now becoming more indirect and passive. Childhood anger is not just stealing their lunch money or throwing their books down. Anger in children now is sneaky, and over the internet. Very passive.Anger is a normal part of grief. Knowing how to deal with your anger means understanding your loss or the trauma that fuels the anger. If you are feeling angry all the time, you should join a support group. If you are constantly feeling on the edge, you might need a place to talk about it openly. Learning how to self regulate is important. Anger is a feeling or an emotion, but rage is different. Rage is an action or a retaliation and can be destructive.

The Dangers Of Glyphosate
Bernadette has been passionate about glyphosate for years. The EWG, or environmental working group, mission is to empower people to live healthier lives in healthier environments. Dr. Temkin realizes that everyday life can have run ins with chemicals in our food and water. Glyphosate is a pesticide, specifically an herbicide. When infused, it will kill plants. For that reason, It's primary use is for weed control, so that's its main use. It is the main ingredient in round up! Bad! Not everyone can afford to buy all organic produce. The EWG is the creator of the dirty dozen and the clean fifteen list that we love and reference so much! So many foods have been found to contain glyphosate, so try and follow the clean fifteen and the dirty dozen. Regarding water, monitoring for glyphosate is already happening. Look at the EWG's tap water study to see where your city checks in!
