Resilience and What to Do When You're Bored of Your Home Workout

Today, we talk about having resilience and getting back onto that horse and into the gym, even if the gym is just your living room! Motivation for working out varies among people, but at the core, most people workout to become healthier. Bernadette works our for the mental boost as well. Get up, go for a walk! Get up and dance! Even if it is small increments, you can make your way up to full workouts. Working out is a natural high! Workout toys are coming back into stock! Good news! Tina recommends getting Spri band extra tubes! The resistance tubes are a great addition to your home. This low-tech equipment is easy to store at home and you can do everything with them!

The Many Benefits Of Magnesium

Magnisum is often forgotten about! Magnesium is so critical for the body. We often think a lot about potassium and sodium, but forget about the old Mg! Magnesium can often play a large part in type two diabetes patients! Magnesium can help you have better glycemic control, something very important for keeping insulin regulated. Anything that is tight, magnesium helps loosen it up. Even your brain! Shawn says the American migraine association is being used in migraine treatment for anxiety and depression! Your adrenals can be over-worked, and magnesium plays an important roll, so get a magnesium supplement today!
