Sam Morris

Sam Morris is the founder of The Unbreakable Human Project, an interactive web-based personal development program for men wanting to “slay their mental dragons” of depression, anxiety and addiction. He is a certified Personal Development Coach, Recovery Consultant and Health Coach.

Finding Our Frequency

When we align our vibrations with the things we want, we align the universe. When we tune ourselves into what we need, we are unlocking the higher frequencies. Lower vibration activities are addiction, bad feelings, and hard energies. Sam recommends a wonderful book, "The Body Keeps Score." Bernadette recommends it too! If you are feeling something in your body, your body is keeping score and remembering what trauma has happened to it. There is so much more to fitness than just being in the gym. When you let life creep in, you're sacrificing your high energies to dip low. Remember self care. Create a safe space for yourself.Meditate, go outside, smile at strangers, up your frequency! People can tell the you answer the phone and don't smile beforehand. Get in front go the mirror and say affirmations every morning. Put good into the world!

Freyja Spence

Freyja is a Master Animal Flow instructor and Health Coach with over 14 years of experience in pain management, injury prevention, fitness testing, pre & post-operative care and athletic development through strength training. She is one of Canada’s first Animal Flow Instructors and has been involved in education for fitness professionals in Canada for a decade. Her passion for teaching and movement stems from her years in classical ballet that started at the age of two and continued to a pre-professional level.

Animal Flow

Fitness and health was something that Freyja grew up on. Health and wellness was part of her education! Animal Flow was invented by Mike Fitch. Animal Flow is ground based movement, made fun, challenging and effective. This system is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for all levels of fitness enthusiasts. Animal Flow includes a range of movements and combinations that are grouped into categories we call the “Six Components.” Each Component is designed to elicit specific results. The Six Components can be mixed and matched in many ways, allowing you to incorporate one, some, or all of them in your workouts.
