The Importance Of Building A Tribe
Mucinex when it goes into your body just dries everything up, so you can breathe better. Shawn feels a lot lies a lot when the grass is being cut and the flowers are blooming in early spring in April and March. Shawns new book “the energy formula” is already a top seller and to read on the Forbes magazine list! Be unabashedly you. Loneliness is a top killer. People are scared to interact in a health basis and on a political basis. So we have really been isolated. Suicide and depression are at all time highs. We always hear a lot of different things about longevity. Red wine, Mediterranean food, good fats, but what is it? We all need therapy. A lot of people think therapy is just for those who are mentally ill but it’s actually for everyone. A good friend, a girlfriend, or a pet isn’t enough. You really need a professional to talk to. In these blue zones, you see people talking to therapist, eating well, and living life to the fullest. In the blue zones, you find that people value family more, and that can lead to finding and discovering a tribe. Shawn talks about a South African proverb that means we are the way we are because of everyone else around us. Research too is a tweak, a growth, and a revolution of ideas. This is how can foster a tribe in your life! You must know that you need friends, mentors, a therapist, and an open mind. It’s so helpful to have other people around you who are doing great things and that believe they are possible, because that will rub off onto you. Quality people for your tribe will stick around through the rough times, and will want to stick with you.
