Chia Seed PuddingThe One Life Radio recipe o the week:Chia Seed PuddingIngredients:Dr. Webster's Raw Whey Protein Powder - Creamy Vanilla or Unflavored-Unsweetened3-4 Tbsp. chia seeds1 cup almond milka handful of walnuts1/4 cup of blueberries, frozen or fresha dash of cinnamona dash of vanilla extractxylitol or stevia for more sweetnessInstructions:1. Combine 3-4 teaspoons of chia seeds into 1 cup of almond milk &let sit overnight in the refrigerator. The chia seeds will absorb thealmond milk creating a consistency much like tapioca pudding.2. Stir in 1 scoop of Dr. Webster's Raw Whey Protein Powder3. Stir in 1-2 teaspoons of xylitol for added sweetness if desired4. Add in walnuts, blueberries or whatever fruit you like5. Sprinkle with cinnamon & a dash of vanilla extract
