Today we talk with Ryan Lowery all about gluten and going gluten-free, we talk with Brian Williamson, the director of an upcoming conference: KetoCon, and we talk with Rosalie Robinson about being afraid of success.GlutenThis is the first ever KetoCon, Brian Williamson discovered the Ketogenic Diet because of his son with Epilepsy. He took on the diet and now is taking it to the whole world. The One Life Radio team will be at the conference, we can't wait to meet everyone!Rosalie Robinson tell us this:Do people really fear success or is it the physical feelings that may be reminding us of a more traumatic situation? Like people who have suffered from PTSD, or an abusive relationship, or a traumatic incident like an unexpected death. Self-sabotage can be diminished, it is a choice. Today we’re going to explore those things that may cause us to “fear” success.

    1. 1)  How are you defining “success”?
    2. 2)  Why would anyone fear “success”?
    3. 3)  Why is this topic important today?
    4. 4)  Is this really the flip side of “fear of failure”?
