"Like many drugs, the beneficial effects of coffee can wear off, and prolonged use cause like anxiety, insomnia, and exhaustion. However coffee can also enhance mood in depressed people, stimulates alertness, and increase mental performance and focus due to the increase in dopamine that occurs. Coffee contains hundreds of chemicals, including the powerful and well-known caffeine, an addictive chemical that is known to cause some negative health effects in people with heart disease, insomnia and anxiety. It also is rich in polyphenols which act as antioxidants that decrease inflammatory processes in the body.

1. How do you surpass your genetics to gain muscle and is it natural?
- Intra-set stretchinga. Cell swelling (stimulating a pumb caused by maximal blood to the cell), muscle fiber growth (adding more protein layers on the same muscle cell)b. Mechanical tension inducing hyperpasia (new muscle cell growth, cell can actually divide and add brand new muscle fibers.) adding more muscle fibers to the cellc. Time under tension, aka volume (2-3 minutes)
2. How do you do intra-set stretching?
a. 8-10 reps, stretch for 20 to 30 sec., drop the weight (around 20%) then reps to failure, stretch 2-3 more times at the end of the last stretch do one more rep!

3. Is it for everyone?
a. Must be in condition
b. Working knowledge of how muscles work
