Suzanne Ryan: Beyond Simply Keto

If you are in with the Keto movement, then you've probably heard of Suzanne Ryan. She began her journey on the Ketogenic diet in 2015, and has lost over 100 pounds. Now, she is an international best-selling author of the book, Simply Keto, and her new book Beyond Simply Keto. They are both packed with recipes and advice to help you live the healthiest life you can.Today we talk specifically with Suzanne about how diet goes far beyond just the food you eat. Just because you eat clean, does not mean you can reach the goals you want. So many aspects of our lives contribute to our inward and outward health. Things like stress, lack of sleep, toxic people, unfulfilling work environments, etc., can prevent your diet from playing the role it needs to play. Beyond Simply Keto includes:

  • An easy beginner’s guide to the ketogenic diet

  • Three important steps that can change your life

  • Helpful tips and advice for living a ketogenic lifestyle

  • Over 100 simple and delicious new recipes

  • A 30-day meal plan with weekly shopping lists

  • Printable worksheets for accountability, self-care, meal planning, and more

  • Encouragement to be the best version of yourself!

Setting Micro-Goals in the New Year with Mo

Mo Brossette is an expert on human behavior, mindset, movement, and nutrition. He is a Keynote Speaker on Fear and Human Potential, where he teaches companies and individuals how to achieve professional and personal goals, overcome limiting beliefs, and use fear as your greatest tool for success. Today he joins us to continue our conversation on setting micro-goals, but specifically in the new year.Micro-goals are essentially the small steps that you take daily to reach your bigger goals. This could be something like, setting an alarm to meditate, going to bed earlier, working out for 15 minutes a day, and so on. These are powerful for your mental and emotional health and can ultimately create a better outcome for your bigger goals. Then we talk about opening space in the subconscious for creation. A huge percentage of our thoughts are controlled by our subconscious....which is kind of scary. Self-talk can be huge for self-empowerment, and creation.Listen in to hear about this, and we will continue next week.
