Blood Flow Restriction

If you've ever heard of blood flow restriction or witnessed someone doing it in the gym, you may think that it's unnecessary or not good for your body. But that's really not the case. Daniel Tague talks with us today about why blood flow restriction is so good for building muscle as well as how it is actually easier on your body than lifting heavy weights. Men and women lift weights to gain lean muscle mass, but when you do this repetitively over a long period of time it is damaging to your joints. The good thing about blood flow restriction is that it lightens the load on your joints, as well it makes your workouts much shorter. Daniel explains in detail how to do blood flow restriction exactly, and how it's not just for body builders.
