Dr. Vingren is a professor of Exercise Physiology, and the Chair of the Department of Kinesiology, Health Promotion and Recreation at the University of North Texas. He is a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine as well as an active member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association under which he is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
