Chris first made a career for himself as a professional football player, joining the NFL in 2010 after being signed by the Dallas Cowboys as a fullback. During his years in the NFL, Gronkowski also played for the Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos.

Now, with the help of his four brothers, Chris Gronkowski puts all of his energy into running Ice Shaker, continuously updating the product line while improving the experience of protein shakers everywhere.

The Importance Of Hydration

Hydration is crucial. As an athlete, Chris says athletes easily drink a gallon of water a day. In any locker room, there is a chart that shows what color your urine should be. Every single chemical reaction happens in water, so if you are using creatine or any other supplement that has chemical reactions, you NEED water. Sometimes cramping and injuries in athletic games are because the athlete needs more water. Water can prevent injuries and tears in the body. You should always schedule your eating times to balance out your hydration intake. Wondering how much water you should drink? The U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine determined that an adequate daily fluid intake is: About 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day for men. About 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids a day for women.

Buying supplements and vitamins can be extremely confusing, even to those who do their homework! There are clear cut rules in the supplement company business, but the FDA rarely can check in on every single pop-up supplement shop. There is a lack of man power.
