Daniel Tague / Stay in Shape, Dr. Dan Engle / Psychedelic Psychotherapy #1051

stay in shape

Last week Daniel Tague covered how to get in shape, and today we are covering how to stay in shape. Getting into shape and keeping up with it are two very different obstacles. When we want to get into shape, we know the end goal is to either lose weight, or build muscle mass, etc. But keeping that shape, there really isn't much change to expect and you just have to keep pushing on with your health plan. Exercise and diet both weigh differently on how they will effect your body. It all really comes down to what you are feeding your body that will give you the biggest results.Cheat days are expected, but Daniel explains with us today how much you should stray from your routine. When we get in the habit of cheat days, they become more and more of a percentage of our days. And it will start to show in the way you feel, look, and perform. Staying in shape and keeping up with the consistency is very difficult, but it is possible. Daniel gives us some tips on how to keep it up and finish 2019 feeling and looking your best.Dr. Dan Engle is doing a series with us on psychedelic assisted psychotherapy, and today we talk about the data. He tells us which psychedelics are showing the most popularity, how they are being used, and what we can expect in the future.
