Jackie is the Executive Director for Texans for Vaccine Choice. She began her journey in 2015, when she became frustrated by legislators who were trying to take away parental rights regarding vaccine choice. Schlegel wanted parents to be heard, so she created Texans for Vaccine Choice. The group is now the epitome of grassroots activism.
