Josey was quickly named the number one Interlock Roofing dealer in the United States with $6.3 million in sales from residential metal roofing products. In 2011, Josey expanded his business portfolio to include Designer Glass Specialties, which provides high-end residential & commercial glasswork. In 2013, growth continued with J Wales Construction, a general contracting company that works on larger commercial projects including Marriott hotels and Hilton Garden Inn. That same year, Josey purchased a home performance dealership, which is dedicated to residential energy efficient products. Josey continues to build toward his goal of becoming a one-stop, full-service solution for homeowners and commercial clients.Joseys persistent desire for supporting the growth of others led him to become a board member at HeartWorks, a charitable organization that helps young orphans through a series of special projects that are organized and funded through the efforts of high school students in the United States. The impact of this organization is two-fold; it successfully teaches children in the US about the value of sacrificing time and energy for the betterment of others, and provides children in need with the support and services they require.
