  1. Importance of tempo?
    1. Changes the type of strength being trained
    2. Can lessen or increase stress/ damage to the joints
  1. Tempo for Training Goals
    1. General strength and hypertrophy 2121 or 3120
    2. Joint stability 2421
    3. Explosive strength 1011 (utilizes stretch reflex) potentially more damage on joints
    4. Starting Speed 2201
