Paleo f(x) 2020 with Keith and Michelle Norris

Paleo f(x)™ is an organization dedicated to three interrelated goals:

  1. Create the world’s best holistic health and wellness event.
  2. Inspire and empower individuals everywhere to find optimal health and to flourish.
  3. To create a forum where ancestral health ideas can be turned into real world practices that improve human wellbeing.

Keith and Michelle are the founders and owners of Paleo f(x). They were inspired to create Paleo f(x) after a very life-changing and emotional event that occurred in their family. Both Michelle and Keith tell us their story that led up to the inception of Paleo f(x). Then we talk about what to expect this year as far as speakers, food, vendors, and the overall Paleo f(x) qualifications and requirements.

Thermography with Dr. Michael Einsohn

Dr. Michael Einsohn has completed over 20,000 thermograms, mentored over 200 doctors and has been a consultant for the Cancer Treatment Centers of America. He joins us today to describe what regulation thermography is and how it is done. If you have never heard of this, Regulation Thermography is a powerful diagnostic tool, particularly for identifying breast abnormalities 5-7 years in ADVANCE. Then, we talk with Dr. Einsohn about the faults in the mammogram. Lastly, we talk with him about how thermograms show how interconnected the entire body is. You can find Dr. Einsohn here.

What is Plantar Fasciitis?

Daniel Tague is a personal trainer and is certified in Biomechanics of Resistance Training. He talks with us today about plantar fasciitis. It is one of the most common causes of foot pain, and has more than one cause. One of them is wearing shoes with inadequate support. So, it is very important to wear shoes that fit properly and support your foot. Daniel talks with us about some of the other causes and treatment for this.
