In today's holiday special, we talk with Mo Brossette about staying on track with your goals during the holidays, and how to go through a respectful divorce.

Staying on Track of your Goals

Mo Brossette is an expert on human behavior, mindset, movement, and nutrition. He has been in the health and fitness industry for over 24 years, and is currently the Director of Mindset and Nutrition at The Adaptive Training Foundation. First, Mo talks with us today about staying on track of your goals during the holidays. A lot of people put pressure on themselves to not eat terribly during the holidays. And the other half seem to go crazy and eat whatever they want. But either way, it's your choice. Mo tells us exactly how to frame our mindset to keep our goals and enjoy our holidays at the same time.

How to go Through a Respectful Divorce

Next, Mo Brossette talks with us about something more personal - divorce. He and his wife have made the decision to separate however, they are trying extremely hard to remain close friends and keep the process as respectful as possible. A respectful divorce probably seems unheard of, as it can be a very daunting and ugly process. His advice speaks volumes to those who may be going through a divorce right now. Keeping respect for each other and the people you love around you can get lost during the whole process of a divorce. Mo talks about how each person has to acknowledge their own part in the failure of the marriage. And not letting your pride and ego get in the way, this can make a much more respectful divorce process.
