Cyndi O'Meara - Vaccine Free, Jill Lane - Healthy & Common Hydration Mistakes #1055

Vaccine Free

Vaccine Free & Healthy

Cyndi O'Meara joins us to talk about how she has never been vaccinated. The topic of vaccines is everywhere, all over the news, all over social media, and it seems to be a very political and emotional subject. Today's show simply is not like that and is a very open discussion about Cyndi's own life story being vaccine free. Cyndi has never even taken an antibiotic or a painkiller, believe it or not. She also passed this along to her children, who are vaccine free. Cyndi contributed to the book, Vaccine Free and wrote the foreword. You might remember Cyndi from a few weeks ago on this episode when she spoke about her documentary "What's With Wheat." The film is about how today's wheat is different than before, its dangers, and why there is such a rise in 'gluten-free.' You can download the film right here and part of the proceeds will go to save the bees!

Common Hydration Mistakes

Jill Lane is in studio to talk to us about some of the common mistakes with hydration. Staying hydrated, as simple as it sounds, can be challenging. We can get busy with our day-to-day routine of drinking coffee and soda, or just flat out not drinking anything at all. This all leads to dehydration, which is no little thing. First of all, dehydration effects every function in your body. As a result, when we are not hydrated well there will be many consequences from it. Jill gives us the signs of dehydration as well as how to spot when you are properly hydrated. She also talks about the biggest contributors to dehydration and how to get back on track when you fall short.
