Walnut Pesto Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients
  • cherry tomatoes
Blend All for Pesto
  • 1/2 cup of walnuts
  • 2 cups of basil leaves
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • sea salt & cracked pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. cut tops off of cherry tomatoes with stem side down
  2. hollow out tomatoes
  3. fill with pesto!
