Dr. Barnard shares the science behind how common hormone-related conditions can be affected by and improved by simple diet changes. Your Body in Balance is available starting Feb. 4, 2020.

Build Processes to Build a Better Life

Shellie Gardner joins us today to talk about how some small processes are important to building an overall "better" life. This applies to both family and home life, and in business. As far as at home - you can teach your children how to properly do laundry (and put it away). Or, teach them how to cook a healthy meal, go grocery shopping, manage their money, etc. And in business, it is things like creating a detailed SOP (standard operating procedure) in case someone leaves the company who operates an important role. There always needs to be guidelines and rules that are easily passed down to someone else, that way business goes on as usual.
