He is most recognized for his accomplishments in Mixed Martial Arts winning both the UFC and King of Pancrase titles.
Today he talks with us about how to be situationally aware, and not overly distracted to the point of being targeted. Women and men are at risk for being targeted, but women are usually the majority. Things like being on your phone, not watching what’s going on around you, and not knowing how to defend yourself are all things that make you vulnerable. Guy talks about how to be aware with your children as well. We live in a world today where really no one is safe at all times. Sex trafficking is happening everywhere, it can happen in the blink of an eye. There is no better time to learn how to be safe, situationally aware, and learn some self-defense.
