Cody Myler is the owner and operator of NXT Rep Fitness, as well as the staff’s lead instructor. We talk with Cody about what the hardest part about a keto diet is. Cody talks about how he witnessed his parents join the keto movement a few years ago, and it seemed their diets consisted of merely bacon, eggs, and cheese. In his head, this did not seem like it could work or be healthy.
Then he did his own thorough research on the diet and figured out there were healthy ways to do it. We talk about things like protein intake, ketosis, and knowing how much to eat for your body size. We are not scientists or nutritionists, and there is a plethora of information out there. Figuring out what information is verified and safe for you is tricky.
