In today’s episode we talk with Mary Holland about the current legislation of vaccines. Jill Lane also joins us to talk about how to banish brain fog and sharpen your thinking.
Vaccine Legislation Update – Mary Holland
Mary Holland is a Research Scholar and Director of the Graduate Legal Skills Program, NYU School of Law. She actively speaks and fights for vaccine choice and for parents to gain back their role as decision makers for their children. Mary is also the co-author of the book, Vaccine Epidemic: How Corporate Greed, Biased Science, and Coercive Government Threaten Our Human Rights, Our Health, and Our Children.
She joins us today to talk about the current legislation on vaccines. We talk about how mandatory vaccines in New York have effected the people and the disease rates. We talk about how religious exemptions could soon be no more in many states, if we continue with the rate we are going at. Then, Mary talks about what 2020 is looking like for our children, and us adults. This is not a pro-vaccine/anti-vaccine conversation, it is simply a conversation about what is going on. We hope this makes you think and want to do some research so that we can be the healthiest nation we can be.
Banish Brain Fog and Sharpen your Thinking
Jill Lane is a pro-athlete health and nutrition coach. Daily, she works with people to help them fuel their bodies to perform and feel their best. Brain fog happens to most people at some point in their life. Or, it could happen every day. There are various things that can impact your brain and how well you think. The gut-brain connection is something that was discovered not too long ago, and we are seeing just how much our brain is impacted by what we eat.
Jill talks with us today about how certain foods can lead to more brain fog, and how to combat it with a healthy diet. Another huge component to fighting brain fog is exercise. This will increase blood flow to the brain and help for clearer and sharper thinking. Exercise is a great way to fight depression as well. Jill gives us all the tips to eat well, supplement well, and perform well.
