Happy Monday!

Bernadette had a great day yesterday! If you don't know, Bernadette loves football! If you don't like football, don't fret, but maybe open your mind up a little bit! We have a great show in store today with Dr. Steven Schwartz and Dr. Lori Whatley!

Dr. Steven Schwartz

Dr. Steve Schwartz is a recognized physician, researcher, inventor and entrepreneur. He is currently the day hospitalist at a U.S. military hospital in the Midwest, overseeing patient care, teaching, research, and leadership. He is also the Chief Medical Officer of Flutrends International and STS Health. Dr. Schwartz has patented two holistic health formulations to combat multiple strains of influenza, the common cold and multiple allergies – FluNada and Air-Vita. You can find both of these products on amazon.com and at major drugstore chains. Visit STS Health for more information.

COVID Corner

Dr. Schwartz is on a task force for looking at pandemic influenza! Influenza is the biggest killer in the world, historically more than all the world wars combined! Wow! The CDC has new information regarding the spread of COVID-19. It turns out, COVID can be spread via aerosols and through the air! According to Dr. Schwartz, it really depends on how healthy you are. Flunada is still available! Call 888-407-2816 to order to Flunada today! If you get an influenza infection today, you are less likely to get another strain of influenza for up to 8 weeks! There are so many mutations of influenza that can become pandemic-worthy.

Can Parents Help Their Children Learn From Home?

Facing this difference in at home school vs in school sessions is hard! The first thing we have to do is realize that there is no playbook for this, so we need to give ourselves some grace. We must model resilience for our children to succeed in school. Try and find a space for your kiddo that is isolated, but not cut off from you as the parent so you can swoop in and help when they needed. A designated learning space is good, because it establishes boundaries like in school, but at home. One of Bernadette's friends who has four little ones in online school says that it has been hard. Keeping their minds engaged in school is important, even though it is at home. Take breaks! If you or your child is getting frustrated, don't be afraid to take a brisk walk. We can get through this!
