Ingredients
- 1 cup of almond butter
- 2 Tbsp. xylitol (ground to a powder using a mortar and pestle)
- 2 -3 oz. bars of 85-88% dark chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. of melted coconut oil
Instructions
- melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler
- mix in the coconut oil
- pour melted chocolate into cupcake papers to cover the bottom of the cups
- mix together almond butter and xylitol
- take a Tablespoon of the almond butter-xylitol mix and drop into paper cups
- pour remainder of melted chocolate into the cups
- place in the freezer for 20 minutes to set
