We also talk with Shellie Gardner about biking your way to fitness and friendship.Dr. Dieter tell us the ins and outs of your circulatory system and how everything is connected and affected by what you eat and how much you exercise.Dr. Brant Cortright talks about the emotional side of neurogenesis and how low rates increase anxiety and depression (and how rates of anxiety and depression have skyrocketed in the last 50years- 5 to 8 times higher than the 1960's.) Increasing brain health = decreasing anxiety and depression.Shellie Gardner talks about cities becoming more bike friendly, becoming active with local mayors and council persons to increase bike awareness and getting bike lanes as well as the physical benefits and the social aspects.
