Areas of Research
My research interests focus on the relationship between sexual behavior and the components of health-related physical fitness. More specifically, I am investigating the physiological and psychological effects of exercise on self-concept and sexual functioning. My recent project investigates the link between cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and sensation-seeking behavior.
