No-Bake Chocolate Chunk Health Bars
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups of Dr. Webster's Delicious Chocolate Raw Whey Protein Powder
- 1 cup of unrefined coconut oil
- 2/3 cups of water
- 1 1/2 cups of rolled oats
- 1 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened carob bits
- 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1/2 cup of dried unsweetened cranberries
Instructions
- Place jar of coconut oil in warm water bath until oil is fully melted.
- In a large bowl, mix the melted coconut oil and protein powder then mix in the 2/3 cup of water.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until consistent, the mixture
- will be very thick at first. If needed, add a small amount of water to achieve consistency.
- Grease a baking dish with the melted coconut oil.
- Spread mixture in the dish and cut into bite sized bars before
- refrigerating for one hour.
