Last, but not least, Mo Brossette discusses the importance of rest and relaxation.  Mo is the Director of Mindset and Nutrition at the Adaptive Training Foundation (ATF). The ATF is a Dallas based non-profit that leads disabled military veterans and civilians through a training program called “Redefine”. The program is designed to assist the adaptive athletes overcome physical, emotional and mental pain, fear and self-doubt.He knows first-hand the importance of Rest and Relaxation. Rest, Recovery and Reflection is in his everyday life. Firstly, today's current mindset is if we aren't constantly moving, busy and stressed, we aren't doing a good job, or are "successful". With that said, is the measure of success how hard we work and how tired we are? When we take the time for rest and relaxation, we reset our bodies so we can be ready for the next challenge. Brossette says we need to take time and enjoy ourselves. Brossette says we succeed when we listen to our bodies and act accordingly.
