Today we talk with Jill Lane about gym results.Jill Lane talks about the many factors that can prevent you from seeing the results you want in the gym. Here are the 4 things we should check if we are not seeing results.

  1. Intake of plants
  2. Protein intake
  3. Sleep schedule
  4. Water intake
  • Half of our plates should be filled with plants.
  • Protein helps our bodies recover along with sleep.
  • Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to stay hydrated.
