Mo Brossette joins us today to talk about his four fear factors, which will make you look at fear with a different view. You have to welcome fear and anxiety to be able to learn and grow. If you stay fearful about the same things in life you will never be able to move forward. Mo says, "When you operate from a place that uses fear/fears to empower instead of contain, you become unstoppable."Now, who doesn't want to be unstoppable?Utilizing fear with Mo's four fear factors can get you there. It takes practice and lots of failure, but you can't give up! Did you know that public speaking is in line with death in most people's list of biggest fears? Bernadette talks about her speech she gave at the capitol in Austin for a rally because she was terrified, but she got past her fear and delivered an amazing speech. Afterward, the high from the adrenaline and excitement was unexplainable. If we overcame just one fear a day, think of all the things we could accomplish.

Today we talk with Courtney about her passion to become vegan and how she strives to inspire others. Courtney took on a semi-vegetarian lifestyle at the age of 13 without influence from a documentary or witnessing animal cruelty but simply from her love of animals. She adapted to a vegan lifestyle by the time she was in college. Now she is a prominent influencer on the vegan lifestyle and is sharing her knowledge of how easy and colorful it can be.So many people are apprehensive about taking on a vegan diet because of reasons like: it's too hard, too much work, too expensive, it's bland/boring. The reality is that a vegan lifestyle is none of those. It can be extremely flavorful, inexpensive, and overall rewarding. Courtney gives us her advice on how to adapt to going vegan as well as some of her tips on preparing food without animal products.
