Walnut Pesto Stuffed Tomatoes
Ingredients
- cherry tomatoes
Blend All for Pesto
- 1/2 cup of walnuts
- 2 cups of basil leaves
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- sea salt & cracked pepper to taste
Instructions
- cut tops off of cherry tomatoes with stem side down
- hollow out tomatoes
- fill with pesto!
