The U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved Spravato (esketamine) in March of 2019. Ketamine therapy is used for severe depression with other prescriptions do not work for someone. In addition, Ketamine is used to help those with PTSD. The only problem is, the only way it was being given was through IV infusions, and there were some drawbacks. Dr. Dan Engle has studied Ketamine Therapy for a long time and knows the benefits and the risks involved. DeWone Bennett finishes his conversation from last week about how to have tough conversations with your kids.
