walnut basil pesto
Blend All for Pesto
1/2 cup of walnuts
2 cups of basil leaves
2 large garlic cloves
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup of olive oil
cracked pepper
sea salt
Instructions
cut the tough spines of the kale out, about the bottom 2 inches of the leaf
spread the pesto over the leaves
layer pieces of turkey cold cut over the pesto
lay the thinly cut cucumber and watercress leaves over the turkey
