Managing Stress and Anxiety & Understanding your Moods #1008
Sometimes the stresses of everyday life can seem like too much. You may feel stuck with too much to do and not enough time. You may feel overwhelmed and anxious, stressed and panicked, and the list goes on. We have Shane Hollas in-studio with us as Bernadette's co-host for the day! He talks about his own personal stress in life as a business owner, father, and husband, and how he has overcome them. Working through our personal stressors can help us not only emotionally but physically too.Jill Lane joins us to piggy back on this subject with a detailed questionnaire which tells you which hormones you may be lacking. When you feel certain ways there is always a root cause. Jill talks about which hormones you should be supplementing if you are feeling depressed, anxious, etc. Once you identify where you are lacking, simply supplementing to feed those neurotransmitters in your brain will help alleviate some of those symptoms. Of course, diet and exercise is always necessary.
