Your Driving and Your Mental Health, Law of Attraction, Meditation and PTSD #997
We have all dealt with the crazies when we are driving. There are the distracted drivers, the aggressive ones, the slow ones, the impatient ones, etc. Apparently this has a lot to say about your mental health and what kind of person you are. We probably all identify with one or multiple types of drivers, but Dr. John Huber tells us what your driving may say about you mentally. Driving is a super stressful task when you live in a city, or even a small town...traffic is everywhere and people just simply don't pay enough attention or are too self-absorbed in their own day and tasks. Dr. John Huber is a clinical forensic psychologist and he breaks down all these driving types and the personalities associated with them.
Our girl Autumn Connolly joins us for the first time since having her baby girl Minnie Mae and we talk about the laws of attraction. When we put positive energy out into the world around us, we will also receive it. If more people would do that, maybe their wouldn't be so many angry people walking around! She gives us practical ways to start our days with positive energy.
Morris "Mo" Brossette joins us in-studio to talk about mediation for Post-Traumatic Stress. He doesn't like to call it a disorder because that makes it seem a little bit less easy to combat. Mo is the director of mindset and nutrition at the Adaptive Training Foundation in Dallas, which is a nonprofit that leads disabled military veterans and civilians through a 9-week mental and physical training program. He knows a lot about mindset through helping these people overcome some really tough adversities.
